What are Osho’s Dynamic Meditations?
Osho’s Dynamic Meditations represent an innovative approach to meditative practice, designed to help people release the tension and rigidity accumulated in daily life.
Osho developed these techniques in the 1970s based on the premise that modern humans, burdened by stress and constant rushing, need to discharge repressed energy before they can enter a state of true inner silence. As Osho himself stated: "To be able to meditate, we must first free ourselves from internal chaos. Only after the body and mind are liberated can we enter a space of deep stillness."
These meditations are divided into different stages that include intense breathing, free movement, moments of vocal and physical expression, and finally, stages of observation and silence. This process allows you to embark on a journey that starts from external chaos to reach a profound sense of peace and awareness.
During our sessions, Kalyan will guide you through various types of meditation such as Kundalini, No Dimension, Aum, and the Dynamic Meditation.
Activities During Our Meditations

Welcome and Introduction
We begin the day with a welcoming moment to get to know each other and prepare for the experience together. You will immediately feel part of the group, surrounded by people who, like you, are looking for a space to clear the mind and lighten the heart.

Nature Walks
Walking through nature, you will have the chance to listen to the sounds of nature and reconnect with your essence. The contact with trees, the scent of the greenery, and the rhythm of walking will help you rediscover inner calm and serenity.

Osho's Dynamic Meditations
Our practice uses Osho’s Dynamic Meditations, designed to release tension and blockages through simple yet profound movements. Kalyan will guide you through breathing exercises and movements that will help awaken a new energy within you.

Yoga Sessions
Through gentle movements and conscious breathing, yoga becomes a moment of deep listening and relaxation. Each pose is an invitation to find balance, improving flexibility and strengthening the mind, preparing the body for meditation in a more relaxed and centered way.

Sharing and Dialogue
This is an opportunity to speak freely about what you feel—your thoughts and emotions—in a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can express themselves without fear of judgment. It is a moment that unites us and helps us realize we are not alone in our experiences.

Time Together
Throughout the day, there are dedicated spaces for sharing and conviviality, where you can exchange smiles and thoughts with other participants. These moments together are precious for creating meaningful bonds.
